The packaging is the same as their permanent Rouge Cream Lipstick tubes, just with a neon colored cap! The bottom of the lipstick features a colored indicator, which makes it easy to decipher which lipstick is which. The names are featured inside the tube, which I found a little strange but it keeps the outside looking cleaner.

The formula itself was consistent in all three shades. The lipsticks applied smoothly, evenly and had full, opaque color payoff. Even with one swipe these lipsticks were packed with intense color.

The texture was creamy, comfortable to wear and slightly hydrating while on the lips. The finish is a satin with a slight glossy sheen. All three wore +6 hours before fading and left behind a stain.

Overall, these lipsticks are definitely a bang for your buck! The color payoff and wear time alone were a surprise. The packaging is unique and the price point is great. I highly recommend checking out the "Escape to Rio" Rouge Cream Lipsticks before the end of Summer!
