Ever since I picked up and reviewed the new Urban Decay Naked2 Basics palette it's been requested that I film a tutorial using the palette - using ALL Urban Decay products, actually. Since most tutorials are very neutral and basic I wanted to take a different step and make a more dramatic, smokey eye! This look is easy to achieve and can be toned down depending on your preference... Enjoy!
