Make Up For Ever Graphic Liner (0.03 oz) retails for $24 USD ($29 CAD) and is said to be "an ultra-fine carbon-black eyeliner pen [that] defines with ultimate ease and control."

The packaging is a a slim, black pen style liner with a fine, tapered felt applicator. The tip comes to a very fine point making it easy to apply, define and draw precise lines. Winged liner and detailed work are incredibly easy, whether you're creating small lines, thick lines or anything in between.
The formula is a liquid and sets 10-20 seconds after application. Once the liner sets it becomes budgeproof, smudgeproof and doesn't bleed, run or fade. Keep in mind, this liner is not waterproof (nor does it claim to be, though!) so humidity, water contact or teary eyes may allow the product to move around. On average, it wore well for +8 hours before lightly smudging.
The pigmentation is outstanding; it's a rich, true black with a glossy, vinyl finish. It applied opaque and had full pigmentation in a single swipe. The product glided-on evenly, easily and didn't drag or tug at the skin during application. With most pen-style liners I tend to experience slight feathering because of the thin, liquid consistency but the Graphic Liner doesn't follow that trend as it creates a smooth, crisp line.
Overall, the Make Up For Ever Graphic Liner is a great product. It is pigmented, easy to use, versatile and is a great beginners product if you've never used a pen-style liner before – it's truly like drawing on your face! My only drawback is I wish this liner was waterproof, but regardless, I still highly recommend checking it out, especially if liquid/gel eyeliner is a staple in your routine.
