The packaging is is a metallic gold, pleather clutch. The palette features a nice mirror but the hinges of the palette aren't stiff enough to stay propped open on it's own. The overall packaging is bulky, but durable.

Breathless is a light-medium, dusty beige with hints of pink, warm undertones and a satin-matte finish. The texture is soft, smooth but a little stiff in the pan. It blended nicely on the skin, had decent color payoff and was buildable. This shade was the least pigmented blush in the palette and lasted +8 hours before fading. (4/5)

Embraced is a medium-dark, pink berry with cool undertones and a frost finish. The texture was soft, smooth but a little stiff in the pan. This shade blended nicely on the skin and had good pigmentation that was buildable. The frosted, shimmery finish didn't emphasize the look of pores or imperfections. Embraced lasted +8.5 hours before fading. (5/5)

Whimsy is a light-medium, pink with cool undertones and a matte finish. The texture was soft, smooth but a little stiff in the pan. I felt this shade sat on the skin rather than blending in and looked slightly powdery once applied. It had good color payoff that was buildable and lasted +8.5 hours before fading. (4/5)

Bashful is a medium coral with a subtle golden sheen, warm undertones and a satin-matte finish. The texture was soft, smooth and buildable. It had great pigmentation and blended nicely on the skin. The frosted, shimmery finish didn't emphasize the look of pores or imperfections. Bashful lasted +9 hours before fading. (5/5)

Irreplaceable is a medium-dark, pink rose with neutral undertones and a satin-matte finish. The texture was soft, smooth but a little stiff in the pan. It had great pigmentation that was buildable, blended nicely on the skin and lasted +9 hours before fading. (5/5)

Overall, the blushes do fall short of the 12-hour claim and some shades within the palette have a more powdery texture. While the packaging is cute, it's also a little gaudy, bulky and impractical for storage. The shade range is nice and suitable for all occasions and skin tones. Plus, you are getting a good value – 5 (0.15 oz.) blushes for the price of 2 full-sized (0.20 oz.) blushes. It's a nice palette to have if you're newly indulging in the Tarte Amazonian Clay Blushes, a long-time fan eager to have the limited-edition shades or just a blush junkie in general!
